What information do you need to track my shipment?
Any reference helps—ideally a BL/AWB or container number. If you don’t have it yet, share shipper/consignee details and the approximate shipment date.
How often will I receive updates?
We can provide milestone-only updates or more frequent check-ins—tell us what works best for your team.
Do you provide real-time GPS tracking?
Tracking depends on the carrier and service type. When real-time tracking is available, we’ll share the link or status feed; otherwise we provide verified milestone updates.
What if there is a delay or a hold?
We notify you as soon as we confirm the issue, explain the impact, and outline the next steps (documents, approvals, or rescheduling).
Can you coordinate updates with customs clearance support?
Yes. If you’re using our customs clearance support, we align tracking milestones with document readiness and release requirements.
Which channels do you use for updates?
Primarily email. If needed, we can also confirm urgent items by phone during working hours.
